Sparkelhorse’s Mark Linkous dies at 47 (Richmond Times-Dispatch)

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Mark Linkous, the singer-songwriter from central Virginia who released his music under the band name Sparklehorse, has died after shooting himself in the chest in Tennessee.
